How do I pay Ctrip?
Hotel reservations:
The most common way to pay is at the hotel check-in counter using cash or a credit card. However, some hotels may allow prepayment.
Flight reservations:
You may prepay by credit card or PayPal using our online system. You may also pay after you receive your ticket using cash or credit card. Select which payment method you wish to use during booking.
Is it safe to buy online?

The security of your private information is guaranteed to remain secure on English.Ctrip.com by trusted international service provider, Verisign.

We only allow your credit card number to be transmitted to us over the Internet if your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. As you enter your credit card number, SSL encodes the information transmitted in a format that prevents any form of or data theft. Once received by our secure server, your credit card number is never transmitted over the Internet again.

SSL safe connection and secure transaction technology has effectively protected hundreds of thousands of Ctrip customers who have transmitted their credit card numbers online.

Payment with non-Mainland Chinese credit cards

To protect our customers from possible international credit card fraud, we may require additional verification from cardholders paying with non-Mainland Chinese credit cards. When paying with an international card, be prepared to provide the following:

1) Completed & signed Authorization Agreement
2) Images of credit card to be used (front & back including cardholder signature)
3) Image of cardholder's passport signature page
