Activities include pre-booked hotel pick-up services, ground transportation, English-speaking tour guides, show tickets, attraction tickets, coach tours, private tours, excursions, adventures and more.

Below are some examples of bookable Activities offered by Ctrip:

• a day tour from Shanghai to the historic water village of Zhouzhuang,
• watch a traditional Beijing opera performance and learn about the great opera masters
• experience a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Beijing
• embark on a city cycling tour, or a hike through the countryside near the Great Wall

While some Activities can be paid for by either cash or credit card, others may be limited to one payment method only. Please feel free to inquire about the availability of payment methods from our staff.

Cash — There are two ways you can pay by cash:

1. Visit a Ctrip office and pay in person;
2. A Ctrip representative can come directly to you to collect payment.

Note: you must leave a valid address when making your reservation. Payment cities are currently limited to Shanghai and Beijing. Ctrip only accepts CNY (RMB) for this method of payment.

Credit card — Both Chinese credit cards and international credit cards are accepted by Ctrip. You will need to provide your credit card information and Ctrip will charge the money directly to your card upon confirmation.

Note: Upon confirmation of payment we will issue you a receipt if you need, please keep it in a safe place

We will send you a confirmation email after we receive your reservation.
Note: You must provide us with at least one of the following: a mobile phone number within Mainland China, a mobile phone number outside Mainland China or a fixed-line phone number.

Every Activity has different policies regarding change of itinerary or cancellation. Ctrip classifies children as travelers between two and 12 years old and infants as travelers who are under 2 years old, however, every activity has different policies regarding children. Each traveler over the age of 18 may accompany up to one infant, but please check the "Important Notes" section of individual activities for further information.

Most of Activities does not include airfare,but some activities include accommodation, airfare,tour service and ground transportation. Refer to the "Includes" and "Excludes" sections of your itinerary for more information.
